Frank Robinson, PhD. is the Project Director for the Pioneer Valley Health Careers Opportunity Program. In addition, Dr. Robinson serves as Coordinator for Community Health Planning Programs for Baystate Health. Previously, he served as Director of the Community Partnership on Prevention for the City of Springfield, Department of Health and Human Services. Dr. Robinson earned degrees from the State University of New York, Mansfield University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
