Joseph Wyman, M.P.P.A. is a Research Analyst who works with a variety of human service, education, and economic development initiatives. Mr. Wyman's particular areas of interest include school choice programs, affordable housing, and community development. Mr. Wyman is serving as the Program Evaluator for the PV-HCOP, and coordinates the HCOP program database and development of student surveys. Mr. Wyman graduated with a master's degree in public policy and administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he also earned his B.A.
