Leslie Ackles, M.Ed. is the Director of Organizational Development and Training. Ms. Ackles has more than twenty years of experience working in public sector organizational development and training. Ms. Ackles has developed numerous strategic partnerships with the Commissioners of the Department of Industrial Accidents, Department of Mental Retardation, Department of Youth Services, and the Department of Environmental Protection. Ms. Ackles earned her B.S. in human development from the University of California at Davis, and her M.Ed. from Harvard University.
