Sharon Faherty, M.Ed. is a Project Manager for the Organizational Development and Training Unit. Ms. Faherty serves as the Higher Education Liaison for the Pioneer Valley Health Careers Opportunity Program (PV-HCOP) and manages the UMass/DMR Workforce Development Partnership. Ms. Faherty has extensive experience working with state agencies and non-profit organizations. Ms. Faherty earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts.
