Sanford E. Jeames, DHA is the Senior Project Manager for the Pioneer Valley Health Careers Opportunity Progam (PV-HCOP). Dr. Jeames has been involved in education as a classroom teacher, and has worked in the healthcare sector as a health educator during the past ten years. Dr. Jeames has a B.S. in History/Journalism from Livingston University and M.A. degree in History from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Jeames was awarded the Doctorate in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.
